DoWn the Lane ......

B'lore is soliciting a good weather good monsoon....good for us And i don't like the idea
of seggregating all the call centres in b'lore.Wasn't that weird enuff to start the talk with. Silicon valley ----B'lore sounds good for the customers who invest in here.but, has any one ever wondered where this is heading to.No doubt contact centres are great in terms of revenues earned by the state of them.All the same it as resulted in a large scale drop outs also who in the lure of fast money join contact centres.And Contact centre here instill wrong impression among the youth about life style who eventually fall into all kind of addiction also.
Where is this all taking..
Engineers in awe of jobs taking up contact centre jobs...human resource in terms of skills are wasted .Is the Karnataka Chambers for commerce and industries aware of this.
There should also be more manfacturing sector encouraged into.Engineers are in dearth of skilled jobs......
